This platform is designed to support the Mongolian tennis community by providing:

4.3 Organizer Rights

Organizers can:

  • Accept or reject entries

  • Cancel events due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

5. Court Booking Policy

5.1 Booking Rules

  • Users can reserve courts through the App
  • Booking times must be respected

5.2 Cancellation & No-Show

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

  • Penalty fees
  • Temporary booking restrictions

5.3 Payment

  • Payments (if applicable) must be completed before confirmation
  • Refunds depend on facility policy

6. User Conduct

Users agree NOT to:

  • Manipulate rankings or results
